When you choose to buy a sculpture, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any delivery instructions. We use this information to match your order with Partner Hub payment records and arrange shipping. We also record referral codes, if present, for affiliate attribution. We do not collect payment card details; product payment takes place with the hosted payment provider arranged through Partner Hub.
Order and delivery details are held in the storefront's restricted Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible in the seller's token-protected order area. Payment status shown by the seller is manually checked against Partner Hub. Referral codes may be kept in this browser for up to 30 days to preserve attribution across visits. No buyer delivery details are stored in browser local storage by this storefront.
The product costs R1,400.00. Courier costs are additional, quoted separately based on destination and confirmed before dispatch. Nationwide South African delivery is available. Delivery times depend on the courier, availability and destination and have not been guaranteed.
Before launch, the seller must provide a working contact address for privacy requests, refunds, cancellations, returns, and any legal disclosures required for South African online sales. Customers can request access to or correction of their information from the seller.
